Promo Mechanics

1. The Promotion is open to all Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of the American Express Cards issued by BDO (“Qualified Card”) whose accounts are active and current (excluding American Express Corporate Cards).

2. The promotion period is from March 15 to 24, 2024 at R.O.X., The North Face, and The Travel Club stores nationwide except for The Travel Club Acienda Designer Outlet. For the list of stores, click here.

3. The Promotion is open to Cardmembers of Qualified Cards who will meet the following criteria:
   
   

• Cardmembers must use his/her eligible BDO-issued American Express Card for the full payment of regular-priced items of participating brands. For the list of participating brands, click here.

• Purchases must be made in-store, either on straight (includes Scan to Pay via BDO Pay app) and/or BUY NOW, PAY LATER (principal amount only) on 3-months term. The first monthly installment of a transaction under the BUY NOW, PAY LATER Program will be billed to the Cardmembers on the next cycle after the transaction date and payment thereof is due 25 days after the statement cut-off. • Minimum amount per transaction must be P20,000

• Strictly no splitting of transactions. Only one Qualified Card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one Qualified Card will be accepted per Cardmember per visit regardless if s/he has more than one Qualified Card.

4. Cardmembers are entitled to a maximum discount of P10,000 per qualified transaction.

5. Purchase of discounted items under this promo must be transacted separately with separate sales receipt/charge slip and cannot be mixed with purchase of non-participating brands and/or items.

Terms and Conditions

1. All BUY NOW, PAY LATER installment transactions are subject to bank approval. The entire installment transaction amount shall be deducted from the Cardmember’s available credit limit.

2. All complaints will be handled within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than May 23, 2024 after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive.

3. Any concern about the products and/or services related to the Promo should be directed and settled directly with The Travel Club, The North Face, and R.O.X.

4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of American Express and BDO. Transactions used to avail the discount may no longer be used to avail of another American Express and BDO Promotion (including but not limited to Spend Anywhere Cashback Promotion, Credit Card Activation Offers, other Rebate/Cashback Promos, etc.) and vice versa.

5. BDO reserves the right to chargeback the full cost of the Discount to the Cardmember if the qualifying purchase or transaction is canceled/reversed at a later date, is found to be invalid or fraudulent, is found to have double/multiple redemptions or is found to be used in conjunction with other American Express and BDO promotions.

6. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other in-store sale or discounts, privileges, VIP cards and other promotional offers by BDO, The Travel Club, The North Face and R.O.X.

7. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

8. The Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit and/or Debit Cards.
