- ROCKTAPE Tape was developed to meet the demands and needs of therapists and medical professionals in therapy. Gentle Tape is a particularly skin-friendly version of our hypo alergenic acrylic adhesive. Particularly suitable for children, pregnant women and older people. The outstanding properties of Rocktape result from the particularly tightly woven structure of the tape, which is composed of 97% cotton and 3% high-tech synthetic fibre. Thanks to this composition, Rocktape has a stretching capacity of up to 180% of its original length and returns to its original length without losing elasticity. Rocktape thus has the identical properties of human skin. If the tape did not have this elasticity, it would lose its effect on the skin after a short time and thus become superfluous. The adhesive used for RockTapes consists of a pure acrylate mixture and is therefore free of latex, silicone and zinc. The adhesive contains 30% more acrylate (adhesive also used in commercial plasters) than conventional tapes on the market. This makes them extremely durable, even under extreme stress, e.g. from sweat and water.
All items sold at ROX PH go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods shipped are fully insured in case of loss or damage.
However, there are times when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Our customer service team will review your request and will provide the return instructions upon confirmation of your request.

Once we receive the item/s, we will refund the amount of the total value of the purchased merchandise in the form of Store Credits that will be valid for one (1) year.

If your courier has the option, we highly recommend that you insure the items, when returning, as it will be your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend for you to retain the proof of sending.

If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred as well. All merchandise for return must be in original condition and in their original packaging.
